A transformative asana practice to unblock the energy and reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back, will take you into a progressively calmer and clearer state of mind.
In that state you can begin to observe the impermanence of all phenomena that arise and subside in the field of consciousness, such as sensations, thoughts or emotions.
Eventually in this observation process, you start to see the separation between yourself – the observer – and that which you are observing, giving rise to an experience of profound psychological and meditative stillness.
