The highest aspects of yoga and meditation practice are developing a closer relationship and personally intimate connection to life. If this connection is meaningful one creates a lot of positive change.
This relationship develops over time as one slowly sheds all the ways of limiting thinking and the habitual tendencies which could be holding us back from opening and discovering more of who we are in some way.
This physical class combined with meditation will explore the inner body using the chakras as a template to mobilize helpful energy and awareness to assist us along the way.
